What is is the official website for non-Lions event suite rentals for Ford Field. is designed specifically to enhance the customer experience when purchasing premium suites (e.g. luxury suites, luxury suite tickets, etc.). This website is operated by Detroit Lions Properties and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from Ford Field?

Yes. The suites listed for sale on this website are directly from Ford Field.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a Ford Field suite?

To rent a non-Lions event suite for an event at Ford Field, click on the event you wish to attend via the BOOK A SUITE page to see all available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Detroit Lions Premium Sales Department at 313-262-2121.

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, tickets and parking passes will be available through the Detroit Lions Mobile App using the email address you used during purchase within 1-2 business days.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. Following your purchase, tickets and parking passes will be available through the Detroit Lions Mobile App using the email address you used during purchase within 1-2 business days. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets to your guests before arriving to Ford Field. Screenshots will not be permitted.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on are fully private. Suites in the Terrace, however, do have a shared food and beverage experience.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes, all Ford Field suites are ADA accessible. If you need specific accommodations, please contact a Detroit Lions Premium Services representative following your purchase.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Check ($1,000 deposit on credit card required at time of purchase)

Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required if you choose to purchase an Instant-Book Suite through this site but can be broken up if you choose to work with a Premium Sales Representative.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be additional in-suite catering or merchandise expenses through our food & beverage partner, Levy.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our ticket sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, a Premium Services representative will contact you to discuss available options.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

When you complete your suite purchase, you will receive an event food and beverage package option to select from or the ability to customize an order from the full menu. Within 1-2 weeks of the event, a Levy representative will contact you via email with menu options. All food and beverage ordering/changes will be managed through this contact.

Any catering preorders will be due 1 week prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact a Detroit Lions Premium Service representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) up to 24 hours before an event.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a ticket for admission into Ford Field. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending an event with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Ford Field)?

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Suite tickets will provide access to the South and Gridiron Club spaces at Ford Field.

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in Ford Field premium lot/deck on site. You will be provided with details on where and how to park via your post-order e-mail.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances will be provided on the event guide closer to the day of the event. Your Detroit Lions Premium Service team can share details on which VIP Entrance to utilize based on your suite location.

When does my suite open?

Suite access typically begins 2 hours prior to the start of the event. For exact timing, please reference the event guide or contact the Detroit Lions Premium Service team.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the event?

Yes. All suites are serviced by a suite attendant. Day-of-event food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A day-of-event suite menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The menu is slightly more limited than the advanced catering menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.

If I have an issue with my suite on an event day, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please contact the Detroit Lions Premium Service team or any on-site Ford Field staff member.
